*Note: Normally, group classes take place as scheduled. If the required number of language students is not met on the specified days of your language classes due to flight delays, last-minute rescheduling, illness or individual language proficiency levels of each student, or any other reasons beyond our control, you will be transferred to private, one-on-one tuition. Since private tuition offers faster learning as one language teacher focuses solely on your individual language level and needs, the 20 hours of group classes per week will be compensated with approximately 12-14 hours of private tuition.

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

The courses are fully taught in Spanish in order to learn, speak, practice and think in Spanish. This may initially require a little more attention and concentration but our experience has shown that this is the best way to grasp the language rapidly. Our Spanish courses comprise of:

WHAT DO I LEARN AT WHICH LEVEL?

1. BEGINNER’S LEVEL – Students will start with basic exercises and vocabulary. We ask you to tell us about yourself and to ask and answer simple questions. At this level you express yourself with simple sentences in everyday life situations (family, work, friends, studies, etc.) and establish skills for a basic conversation.

2. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL – You will be able to express yourself fairly fluently as well as write texts and postcards. You will give us your opinions about various topics and your own personal interests. We will also touch upon current affairs and historical events.

3. ADVANCED LEVEL – You will be able to understand the main content of complex texts on abstract and specific topics. You will express yourself in a fluent and spontaneous manner and converse comfortably with native Spanish speakers. You will be able to express your opinion in great depth on a variety of different topics.

4. SUPERIOR LEVEL – You can listen, read and write almost without any difficulty. You can express yourself 
spontaneously in a fluent and precise manner about complex circumstances. You will learn how to develop a deeper sense of the Spanish language. We can read lyrics, poems or anything else that interests you. You will get to know all the hidden secrets of the Spanish language as well as learn about colloquial expressions and the use of idioms.

5. PROFESSIONALS – You have specific needs and want to learn more about the Spanish language applied within the world of business. We will teach you how to write business letters, make business phone calls, how to converse during a meeting and negotiate contracts. If you need to prepare yourself for an interview or want to know anything about your subject in Spanish we will prepare you to express yourself confidently.

6. UNIVERSITY COURSES – We have group and individual exam preparation courses for university students on various topics. Tell us in advance what you need to know in your subject and we will prepare ourselves to delegate the right teacher to you. You will work through texts or books about your chosen topic. Let’s exchange ideas, build up your content structure and prepare arguements and discussions that will make your term paper really stand out from the crowd.
