We are currently also looking for a VOLUNTEER SUPERVISOR in Cusco, Peru. You will be helping with the daily running of our HQ, where the majority of our volunteers stay, and will provide on-the-ground assistance, support, and above all FUN for our recruits. You will assist our volunteer coordinator. Your main responsibilities are as follows.

TASKS:

• Picking up volunteers from the airport or bus station and showing them their accommodation facilities.
• Introducing our volunteers to our program partners (language schools, tour operators, homestay facilities, hostels, and project partners).
• Cultural immersion program for our volunteers (details via Skype interview).
• House sitting and running some errands (shopping, paying bills, small household maintenance and cleaning tasks, and above all, keeping an eye on our volunteers’ comings and goings).
• Assisting in food and accommodation budget planning, paying our partners (such as tour operators), entering expenses into our ledger.
• Making sure that our volunteers are happy, healthy, and safe, by providing support, fun, and friendship.

We are seeking SOCIABLE, FUN, ENTHUSIASTIC, and RESPONSIBLE people, culturally open-minded and willing to work within an international environment in South America. What you need to bring is your own initiative, a vivacious and responsible attitude, creativity, and ideally a laptop as well as a professional background/experience related to the requirements and tasks at hand.

We prefer applicants with a solid background in online marketing, copy writing, blogging and/or PR. Depending on your language skills (English, Spanish, German) and professional background in marketing an additional, individual remuneration model based on success can be discussed.
